Webinar

This webinar will focus on the construction industry working five days a week and how this encourages flexibility, diversity and great mental health.

This webinar will examine the Concord Hospital project as a case study where construction only occurs Monday to Friday.  We will look at the pros and cons of giving a weekend to every worker. The following will be addressed:

- Was the project successful in having construction workers work five days a week?
- Are the workers happier and healthier?
- Was the project's productivity improved?
- What was the real cost of not working weekends?

And finally discuss how easy it is to change the culture of the industry to provide true flexibility, inclusion and great mental health.
