ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Jamie Westlake

Jamie has worked in the banking and finance sector for over 36 years. 27 of those years were spent in corporate and commercial banking, at CBA, St George and Bankwest. He also served for three years on the Family Business Australia's advisor Committee.
Jamie has extensive experience in corporate leveraged and structured finance, invoice discounting, trade finance and transactional services, along with his 4 years in the private property finance space. Jamie is responsible for transaction origination, managing key stakeholder relationships, deal structuring and execution.
Jamie holds a Master of Applied Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Adelaide University.
Richard Vidaic
Relationship Director, Payton
Richard has over 20 years' of experience in Property, Corporate and Commercial Finance, having previously worked at NAB, St. George and Bank of Melbourne. He has extensive experience in procuring and structuring finance for development projects and property investments. Richard is responsible for transaction origination, relationship management, due diligence, deal structuring and execution.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Economics with an Accounting major.
