I have more than Twenty (20) years (16 years in the Gulf) of work experience in Qatar, UAE, Iraq, and Sri Lanka, as Contracts & Commercial Manager / Contracts Administrator / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager / Contracts Manager with extensive post contract consultancy experience (5 Years of Ashghal Experience).

I am a dual-qualified professional in both Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying with an MSc in Project Management in Construction, a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying, and a Diploma in Civil Building and Structural Engineering.

I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Construction Manager, Certified Quantity Surveyor, Incorporated Engineer, and Registered Expert Witness.

Also, I have worked for consultants, contractors, and clients as well, and have been involved in both pre and post-contract quantity surveying work (Roads, drainages, and other infrastructure projects, Seaport, airports, stadium projects, high-rise buildings, hotels, villas,).
