I have eighteen (18) years (14 years in Gulf) construction work experience in Qatar, UAE, Iraq, and Sri Lanka, as Contracts Administrator / Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager / Contracts Manager. I have handled a number of Expert Witness cases.

I am a dual-qualified professional in both Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying with an MSc in Project Management in Construction, a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying, and a Diploma in Civil Building and Structural Engineering. I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Certified Quantity Surveyor, Incorporated Engineer, and Chartered Construction Manager.

Also, I have worked for consultant, contractor, and the client as well, and have been involved in both pre and post contract quantity surveying work (High rise buildings, Seaport, airports, stadium projects, hotels, villas, roads, drainages and infrastructure projects).
