I am the Managing Director of Accura Consulting, I oversee our two main markets: Australia and the Middle East. We also provide expert advice to the European and South-East Asian markets.

I am a Chartered and Certified Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors respectively.

I am an accredited quantum expert by The Academy of Experts and have provided written and oral testimony in proceedings.

I have hands-on project experience working as part of senior leadership teams on significant projects constructing all manners of works; from complex buildings, rail, roads and bridges, 2000MW power stations, major water and power utilities infrastructure and renewables projects.

Clients favor my pragmatic and logical approach. I aim to provide straightforward advice that is not overly complicated and provides the right solution based on reasoned technical arguments, facts and evidence.

Paul has extensive experience as a quantum and delay expert working at a senior level, with projects in the UK, South East Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Paul has acted as a quantum expert on a major projects in Australia, SE Asia and the Middle East. Paul has also worked as a technical and commercial adviser on significant infrastructure projects around the world. He has provided oral evidence under cross examination in arbitration proceedings and produced written reports for litigation and adjudication proceedings. He has gained key experience in a number of sectors, which has included: Road and bridge construction Tunnels Waste water treatment plants Pipelines LNG process plants HV power plants Marine Dredging Telecommunications Oil and gas Windfarms and Solarfarms, Rail Hotels Buildings Civil Engineering Paul takes instructions on projects all over the world.
