The WA government recently announced the introduction of the above Bill into State Parliament. It aims to deliver the current government’s election commitment to “provide a fairer system for those carrying out construction work or supply related goods and services in WA.”

Head Office Closure Dates

The AIQS Head Office in Australia will be closed from Friday 24 December 2021 and will reopen on Monday 10 January 2022. During this time, we will be unable to respond to phone or email enquiries.

Please also note the following revisions:
1. Taps and tapware come under Division 43, and not Division 40 (as the slides indicate).
2. Certain types of air conditioning systems (particularly packaged air conditioning units) as well as pumps and mini split system up to 20 KW (including ceiling, floor and high wall split system) come under Division 40 and not 43. However, pipes, ductwork and vents are Division 43.
