A feasibility study is a systematic risk management process involving problem definititon, the generation and analysis of alternatives, and an appraisal. Also recommendation to determine whether a project should proceed and the form in which it may proceed with a defined plan for its feasibility functionally, technically and financially. It may embrace wider economical aspects, environmental or social issues.
