Mr. Ajantha Premarathna, FAIQS, CQS, MBA(USJ), MSc(PM), FRICS, FAIQSSL

Mr. Ajantha is the AIQS International - Region 2 Chapter President.

He is also the nominated UAE representative on the AIQS International - Region 2 Chapter. He is an AIQS APC Chairman/Assessor.

Mr. Bagavad EEswar S, MAIQS, CQS, BSc (Hons), Dip, FRICS, MIS, CIPM, MCIArb

Mr. Bagavad is an experienced civil engineer with profit, contract and commercial background, holding a bachelor's degree major in quantity surveying.

He is a seasoned experienced profit management professional with more than 30 years of experience in the field of construction and real estate. He offers profit centric focus to projects, currently practicing cost and contracts management including dispute prevention and procurement assistance to all the verticals of construction industry. Mr. Bagavad manages 3EG Group, offering profit advisory on construction and project management across APAC region.

Mr. Dhammika Gamage, FAIQS, CQS, NDT (Civil Eng.), MCIArb, CIQS-PQS, FIIE(SL), FACostE, FIQS(SL), FRICS, FCInstCES

Mr. Dhammika is a former AIQS Director and International - Region 2 Chapter Councillor. He is also the chairman of Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, UAE Region.

He is a certified examiner trainer/AIQS APC assessor. Mr. Dhammika is currently the Director of Contracts and Procurement at National Investment Corporation Abu Dhabi in UAE.
