About the speakers:
| Mr. Pradeep Pathmaperuma MAIQS, CQS Mr. Pradeep is the President of AIQS International - Region 2 and Qatar Councillor. Mr. Pradeep is a chartered Quantity Surveyor and has completed his LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration. He holds membership with several renowned professional institutions in the construction industry. He is an experienced AIQS APC Assessor in Qatar. He’s currently working as a Lead, Cost Controls at Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company in Qatar. |
| Mr. Prasanna Pushpajit FAIQS Mr. Prasanna is a former AIQS International Chapter – Region 2 Qatar Councillor. Mr. Prasanna is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has three Masters in particularly Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Construction Project Management. Mr. Prasanna has over thirty (30) years’ experience in the Middle East Construction Industry and managing the contracts and commercial matters on some of the region’s most iconic and prestigious projects. Mr. Prasanna has chaired many AIQS APC Interview Panels in Dubai and Qatar. He’s currently working as a Commercial Director in ASTAD Project Management in Qatar.
