About the speakers:
Kelly Poon
Associate Director - Arcadis
Kelly Poon is an Associate Director at Arcadis, with over 20 years of experience in quantity surveying, working across Australia and Hong Kong. She has delivered a broad range of projects, including data centres, utilities, commercial developments, hotels, and rail infrastructure, with specialist expertise in engineering systems and cost management. Her involvement with data centres began in 2010, initially within the banking sector, when facilities required no more than half an office floor to support operations. Since then, Kelly has built specialist expertise in the technical aspects of engineering systems and in advancing cost planning and management practices to meet the growing demands of the sector.
Stephen Peters
Founder & CEO - Digisoul
Stephen Peters is the Founder & CEO of Digisoul, an organisation focused on driving digital transformation in the construction industry. He is recognised as a thought leader in the integration of Digital cost and project controls, and for his ability to bridge traditional quantity surveying with advanced digital and data-driven practices. Stephen has worked across some of Australia’s largest infrastructure and capital works programs, including North East Link, Sydney Metro, Melbourne Metro, and WestConnex. His experience spans a wide range of sectors including data centres, transport, defence, and commercial property, with capability in project delivery, procurement leadership, contract risk, and schedule strategy.
