Garry Andrews
Construction Expert Witness and Executive Director, Contract Australia

Garry Andrews is an Executive Director with nearly two decades of experience in building, construction, infrastructure, mining, and energy projects across the United Kingdom and Asia Pacific, including Australia, Papua New Guinea, and New Zealand.

He holds an MSc in International Construction Management from the University of Bath, UK, and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). Garry is a recognised expert in handling quantum, commercial, and contract matters, with a specialisation in resolving time and cost claims. His leadership and project management skills have been pivotal in landmark projects such as the Sydney Metro Pitt Street Station.
