About the speakers:

	Mr. Ajantha Premarathna FAIQS, CQS Mr. Ajantha is the Board Director of AIQS International - Region 2. He is an AIQS APC Chairman/Assessor. Ajantha is a Managing Partner of the KAT Project Cost Consultancy, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Ajantha is a distinguished professional in the field of quantity surveying, with a wealth of experience spanning over several years. He has made significant contributions to the construction and real estate sectors, particularly in the UAE.
	Mr. Bagavad EEswar S, MAIQS, CQS Mr. Bagavad is Certified QS and Chartered fellow member of IIQS, RICS. He presently practices under his flagship organization 3EG spanning across GCC, APAC. He is a contributor to the Profits, Costs, Contract, commercial and other aspects of the Project Management and Quantity survey. Approaches with practical simplicity on the challenges of Project and Profit management.  Bagavad EEswar S is a member of UAE council under Region 2 contributing the best times and efforts for AIQS.
	Akila Jayawardena MAIQS, CQS Mr. Akila Jayawardena is currently working as a Cost Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He is a certified APC assessor of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and Member of the Steering Committee for the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors – UAE Branch.
