About the speakers:

Mr. Kingsley Devendra MAIQS, CQS Mr. Kingsley Devendra is an esteemed Committe Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) UAE Branch.  Kingsley has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry in UAE and Overall 29 years experience.  He is a trained APC Assessor for AIQS. Kingsley is currently working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Mirage Leisure and Development in Dubai, UAE.

Mr. Nirooban Vimalanathan, MAIQS, CQS Mr. Nirooban is a Councillor and Executive Committee Member of the AIQS UAE Branch, and currently serves as the Assistant Secretary of the International Chapter, Region 2. He is presently employed as a Managing Quantity Surveyor with MLC Construction Cost Consultants in Dubai. Mr. Nirooban has over 12 years of experience in both pre and post-contracts and is the Chairman of the APC Assessment Panel for AIQS membership in the UAE.
