 | Mr. Lokitha Karavita MAIQS, CQS Mr Lokitha is a Council Member of the AIQS Region 2 and Member of the Executive Committee of AIQS UAE. Chairman of APC Assessment Panel for AIQS membership in the UAE. APC Assessor and Counsellor for RICS membership in the UAE. Currently working as a Senior Contracts Engineer with TRANSCO (TAQA) over 35 years of experience in pre and post contracts aspects specializing in Transmission and Distribution of Power and Water projects and Oil & Gas projects, Airports and building services sector in an international level. Conversant with Procurement & Tendering specially the E-tendering process. |
 | Mr. Kasi Viswanathan Sundaram MAIQS, CQS Mr. Kasi is a qualified civil engineer, charted quantity surveyor and has completed his masters in construction law and arbitration. He holds membership with several renowned professional institutions in the construction industry. He is currently working as a senior contracts manager for a real estate developer in Dubai and has 30+ years of experience with contractors and clients. Mr. Kasi is actively involved in numerous professional activities such as mentoring, counselling, lecturing and conducting membership examinations for several renowned professional institutions in the construction industry. |
 | Mr. Dhammika Gamage FAIQS, CQS Mr. Dhammika is a former AIQS Director and International - Region 2 Chapter Councillor. He is also the chairman of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, UAE Region. He is a certified examiner trainer/AIQS APC assessor. Mr. Dhammika is currently the Director of Contracts and Procurement at National Investment Corporation Abu Dhabi in UAE. |
