Mr. Bagavad is an experienced civil engineer with a profit, contract and commercial background. He holds a bachelor's degree majoring in Quantity Surveying.

He is a seasoned profit management professional with more than 30 years of experience in the fields of construction and real estate. He offers a profit-centric focus to projects, currently practicing cost and contracts management including dispute prevention and procurement assistance to all the verticals of the construction industry.

Mr. Bagavad manages 3EG Group, offering profit advisory on construction and project management across the APAC region.

Mr. Galgane Arjuna Amarasena, MAIQS, CQS, MRICS, AIQS(SL)
BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying

 Mr Galgane Arjuna Amarasena is currently working as Senior Professional – Contracts & Commercial in Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) in UAE.
 
He is a certified APC assessor of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a member of the steering committee for the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors – UAE Branch.
