Mr. Dhammika is a former AIQS Director and International - Region 2 Chapter Councillor. He is also the former Chairman of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, UAE Region.

He is a certified examiner trainer/AIQS APC assessor. Mr. Dhammika is currently the Director of Contracts and Procurement at National Investment Corporation Abu Dhabi in UAE. 

Kingsley Devendra, MAIQS, CQS
MSc (PM), BSc (QS), MRICS, PQS, AIQSSL, MIIE(SL), IEng

Mr. Kingsley Devendra is an esteemed Committe Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) UAE Branch. He is a trained APC Assessor for AIQS and RICS. 

Kingsley is currently working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Al Safa General Contracting in Dubai, UAE.
