Our projects include high-end housing, hospitals, schools and sports complexes. You will work end-to-end on projects, receive mentorship from our experienced MD and the full support of your colleagues.

Our office is located within Melbourne’s beautiful north east green wedge however site visits, remote work opportunities and client support means you will also work offsite.
About You
We invite applications from Quantity Surveyors with a minimum five years’ experience post qualification who possess a strong understanding of the local construction sector, including large scale and residential projects. Your attributes will include great communication skills, creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Review and take-off drawings & specifications
- Prepare cost plan & develop project budgets
- Analyse & benchmark construction costs
- Value management
- Prepare tender documentation
- Construction contract administration
This role is suited to individuals who want to positively influence design and be involved with every facet of a project.
Qualifications in one of the following is essential:
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management)
- Bachelor of Construction Management
- Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics
- A qualification in the field of Construction Management recognised by the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS)
