Brenda Kiptugen
Specialist - Project Studies at BHP
Brenda is an accomplished professional in the realms of commercial construction and mining infrastructure. With experience garnered from collaborating across several Fortune 500 companies, Brenda has honed her expertise in cost estimation, project management, and contract administration. Her exceptional communication skills and dedication to achieving results have made her a trusted asset in the industry.
Kenneth Koh MAIQS, CQS
Associate Director at WT Partnership
Ken is a quantity surveyor with 15 years experience working in a professional quantity surveyor (PQS) practice. He work alongside a team of highly experienced personnel providing feasibility & pre-contract cost planning, BIM measurement and coordination, BoQ preparation, value engineering, post-contract cost management, tax depreciation, life cycle costing and asset management.
Paul Shanley MAIQS
Director at Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB)
Paul joined RLB in 2014 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor after gaining experience in Ireland and the UK. Since then, he has amassed expertise across a wide variety of project sectors with a focus on Aviation, Education, Health, Defence, and Infrastructure.
As a passionate advocate of RLB’s Graduate Program, Paul offers graduates support and mentorship, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to excel in their careers.
Scott Kermeen
Estimator at Built
Scott completed a Bachelor of Design (Architecture)/Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) at Deakin University before commencing the graduate programme with Built in 2017. He commenced as full time Estimator in 2020, working on a range of tenders and opportunities including Healthcare (New Build and Refurb), Airport Terminal Upgrades, Commercial Lobby Fitouts and Student Accommodation.
Scott moved to Perth in 2023 with Built and has since broadened his experience working on tenders and cost plan opportunities within the Perth market whilst also assisting the National Estimating Leadership Team.
Griffin Reilly
Senior Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend
Griffin is a Senior Cost Manager with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) from Curtin University. He has experience in both contractor and client side of construction. Griffin has previously managed the Procurement role out of Long Lead Equipment for Data Centres across APAC.
Griffin has key technical experiences that allow him to deliver both pre and post contract deliverables. He is currently the State Lead for a Key Retail client in Australia, managing both the feasibility and Construction aspects across the SANTWA Region.
