Senior Quantity Surveyor
Wilde and Woollard NSW is an established quantity surveying consultancy with a long history of supporting construction projects across Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Sydney team.

Responsibilities
Cost Management
- Prepare detailed cost plans and budgets
- Analyse and benchmark construction costs
- Monitor project and program costs and provide advice as needed
- Produce cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender evaluations
- Support value management processes
- Evaluate tenders and support contract negotiations
- Administer contracts, including managing variations and claims
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide and support a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Mentor junior staff in day-to-day work and professional development
- Review projects with Associates and contribute to internal quality checks
- Provide updates and reporting to Associates and Directors
Requirements
- At least 6 years of post-graduate experience
- Strong understanding of construction methods and procurement practices
- Proficient in CostX and other relevant software
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a similar field
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Reliable, professional, and proactive approach
