The Role

The role involves working in teams to undertake the financial management of various types of construction projects including:

  • EDC Reports to Councils
  • Cost planning
  • Assessing and certifying Builder's progress claims
  • Financier Reports
  • Establishing and developing client relationships at all levels and helping to build the business.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualification in Construction Management & Property or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years - post-graduate experience with a professional Quantity Surveying firm in Sydney
  • Strong estimating focus and construction documentation experience
  • Excellent organisational ability and time management skills
  • Ability to manage workflows efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to a high level of client satisfaction
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Good work ethic, self-motivated, leadership skills including the ability to lead a team, support and mentor junior staff and contribute to overall team goals.
