Asst. Prof. Sr Dr Naseem Ameer Ali has over 30 years’ experience in the UK, Malaysia, and New Zealand as a construction professional and academic. A former director of an international consultancy, he now teaches construction law in Massey University’s Master of Construction.
Dr. Asanga Gunawansa, President’s Counsel

Dr. Asanga Gunawansa is a Sri Lankan academic, lawyer, and policy expert specializing in foreign investment law, international law, infrastructure development, construction law, dispute resolution, and sustainable development. He has published widely on international dispute resolution, climate change law and policy, and sustainable urban governance.
Dr. Saranee Gunathilaka

Dr. Saranee Gunathilaka is a legal professional, international mediator, and academic with over a decade of experience in litigation, human rights, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and higher education. She is the Director of Strategy and Operations at Hashtag Generation and Co-Founder & CEO of UDecide Mediation, a pioneering initiative promoting accessible conflict resolution in Sri Lanka.
Ch. QS. Majith Kodithuwakku

With over 18 years of local and international experience, Ch. QS. Majith Kodithuwakku is General Manager – Estimates and Contracts at International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd., leading the estimation division and contributing to strategic project planning and contract administration. His expertise covers precast and modular construction, BIM, construction ERP systems, estimation software, and data analytics. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the PAQS Digitalisation Committee.
Ms. Ishini Saparamadu

Ishini Saparamadu is a construction data analyst, software developer, and innovator passionate about transforming the construction industry through technology. With a foundation in quantity surveying and experience in both on-site and consultancy roles, she has transitioned into the tech-driven side of construction, developing solutions that integrate artificial intelligence and data-driven tools into industry practice.
Dr. Suranga Jayasena

Dr. Suranga Jayasena is an educator, researcher, and construction industry professional with over 25 years of combined academic and industry experience. As a Senior Lecturer at the University of Moratuwa, his work is at the forefront of the industry's digital evolution. He specialises in Building Information Modelling (BIM), procurement systems, and the application of innovative technologies to solve complex construction challenges.
