This presentation will explain the psychology of project owners and engineers, how to estimate for uncertainty, quantifying the unknowns, setting contingency levels appropriate for the level of design maturity, project governance, the economic outlook, including supply chain engagement, dealing with optimism bias and implementing best practice principles to deliver High confidence budget estimates.
