Brisbane Metro Project Site Visit and Networking Drinks
Join us for an insightful site visit to the Brisbane Metro Information Centre, followed by networking drinks at the Pig & Whistle, King George Square.
Places are strictly limited (30 people) and allocated on a first come first serve basis. Be sure to reserve your place. Please note, food and drinks are not included in the ticket price.
Event schedule:
3:00pm - 4:30pm: Site visit to the Brisbane Metro Information Centre
- Meet at 63 Adelaide Street, Brisbane QLD 4000
- Engage with Engineering and Commercial Management representatives:
- Sean Keen – Area Manager – Tunnel (Brisbane Move / Acciona)
- Bec Farrell – Contracts Manager (Brisbane Move / Acciona)
- Gain insights into the challenges of Engineering and Tunnelling
- Understand the implications and lessons for Quantity Surveyors
4:30pm onwards: Informal networking drinks at the Pig & Whistle, King George Square
- An opportunity to catch up with fellow members and industry colleagues in a relaxed setting
