About the speaker:

Karen Janiszewski - Urbanxchange - Director

Karen has 35 years of construction and development experience gained in private companies, public companies and government. Karen established Urbanxchange in 2008 with a focus on affordable housing and not for profit property asset management. Prior to this Karen was the Director, Affordable Housing, Lend Lease Communities and has also previously held the role of Project Director of Kensington Banks. Karen has led teams on the development of hotels, commercial and residential developments.
