About the speakers:

Arnea Vargas, Executive Quantity Surveyor - MBM

With over 10 years in the industry, Arnea has worked in Asia, Middle East and Australia. Her areas of expertise are in the health, eduction and commercial sector. Arnea currently leads MBM Victoria in the commercial sector, through building relationships with key industry personnel
 

Min Thant (Tony) Aung, Graduate QS - Slattery

With 1.5 years of experience in the industry, Tony, a Graduate QS at Slattery through their Cadetship program, works in the Aviation and Infrastructure sector. He recently graduated from Melbourne University and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Construction Management.

Elizabeth Sek, Estimator - Kapitol Group

Elizabeth, a former Senior Quantity Surveyor at WT Partnership, brings five years of experience in high-rise buildings, hotel development, and mixed-use commercial projects. A graduate of RMIT University, she developed a passion for construction cost through her enjoyment of QS subjects during her studies. Leveraging her expertise in quantity surveying, Elizabeth transitioned to a role as an Estimator at Kapitol Group, where she focused on bidding for tenders and securing projects.
