NEA, being a Chartered and Regulated firm by the RICS, (www.nea-me.com) which has been operating in the region for over 40 years. Having graduated with a Degree in Quantity Surveying (UK), Luay possess over 21 years of experience in the field of Quantity Surveying/Cost Management and Client relations in the UK, Middle East & Gulf Region. Luay is a Fellow member of AIQS and is actively involved in chairing various types of Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) interviews. |
