He has a wide range of experience from quality monitoring, project and contract management to construction law including various forms of building contracts.
	Justin Spruit Justin is the Associate Director of Forensic Planning in UAE for Quantum Global Solutions. He has over 18 years of experience in planning and the generation and defense of extension of time claims. Justin acts as an independant expert witness and has been appointed to the DIAC on several occasions, where he has also participated in cross-examinations.
