Graham is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a registered expert witness, certified quantity surveyor and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
Graham is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He holds a BSc in quantity surveying and a masters degree in construction law.
Graham is involved in the preparation, analysis and submission of expert witness reports, addressing issues of quantum and disruption. He is retained to prepare reports in construction and engineering disputes in domestic and international arbitration, federal and supreme court litigation, adjudication and expert determination.
Graham has strong forensic analysis skills and is absolute in his management of process and procedure. He has prepared joint reports in conclave and has provided expert evidence.
Graham has provided estimating, procurement, contract, claims (typically related to the valuation of delay and disruption, loss and expense and final accounts) and commercial management on a broad range of projects including rail, metro, power, steel making, oil and gas, airport, bridge, commercial, residential, civil, health and industrial. He has worked with standard and bespoke main contracts and sub-contracts.
To date, Graham’s geographical experience includes Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Korea and the UAE.
