Through the generosity of the late Donald Napier, AIQS is able to support the future leaders of the profession as they begin their university degree.
AIQS offers a number of scholarships each year for Year 12 students who qualify for entry into a Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management (Economics) or other appropriate program at an AIQS accredited university in Australia.
Of the scholarships offered, at least one Institute Equity Scholarship will be awarded to a student experiencing educational disadvantages.
We offer a limited number of scholarships for year 12 students who qualify for entry into an AIQS accredited program in Australia.
The value of the scholarship is AU$5,000 and includes:
- AU$4,000 ($1,000 upon enrollment, $1,000 after completion of eight units, $2,000 upon completion of degree).
- Text books and manuals published by AIQS, including the Australian and New Zealand Standard Method of Measurement and Australian Cost Management Manual
- AIQS Student membership whilst studying the accredited degree
- AIQS Graduate membership for one year (post graduation).
