About the speaker:

Dilan De Silva MAIQS, CQS

Dilan De Silva is a Certified Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years of experience across the construction industry. He has held roles including Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator, Contracts Manager, Procurement Manager, and Commercial Manager.

Dilan has been responsible for inspecting and certifying payments for materials on a wide range of projects. He also has extensive experience reviewing head contracts and subcontracts, and successfully negotiating contract provisions related to material ownership.

Dilan currently works as a Procurement Manager for a Tier 1 Contractor while managing and teaching at his own training institution, sharing his expertise with the next generation of construction professionals.
