Kamlesh can prepare scope of work and packages trades, negotiating with subcontractors, letting sub contract & processing the sub contractor’s bills for payment. He has more than 25 years overseas and local experience in contracts administration, estimation and quantity surveying of earth, concrete and structural steel works such as commercial, residential, educational, community cultural, aged care and retirement and substation works. Kamlesh has a strong knowledge in project management, estimation, preparation of Bill of Quantities, variations, quantity surveying and preparation of tenders. He also has a strong knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings and specifications and communicates them clearly. Kamlesh is an enthusiastic, flexible, positive team member and a strong customer orientated professional who is able to work independently.
