Mr Robin Wheelwright

Robin has more than 35 years quantity surveying and construction cost management experience and has been involved in all the traditional services typically offered by the profession, including feasibility studies, master plan costing, cost planning, measurement and production of bills of quantities, post contract cost control, independent certification, financial reporting, final account, construction finance reporting, life cycle costing, tax depreciation, insurance replacement cost estimates and assessments, dispute resolution and expert witness reports. In addition, Robin has extensive experience in estimating and tendering, contract negotiation and contract administration.

Projects on which Robin has provided services include offices, apartments, shopping centres, hotels, warehouses, factories, hospitals, schools, police stations, sports and community buildings, civil and infrastructure works, marine and port infrastructure, mining and resources facilities, community housing and individual homes. Many of these projects are prominent in and around Perth and regional WA and vary from elaborate designs to simple structures.
