Mr Sukanthan Arulanandasivam

Sukanthan is results driven, self-motivated professional Quantity Surveyor and have operated at senior level for both pre and post contract Quantity Surveying for building and infrastructure projects.

He holds Master of Laws in Construction Law and Arbitration (LLM) from Robert Gordon University, United Kingdom. Also, I received a Bachelor Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying degree from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS), a certified Quantity Surveyors (CQS) and Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) as well as being AIQS Registered Expert Witness.

He is a Professional Quantity Surveyor with over 10+ years of extensive experience in both pre and post commercial and contract management, commercial claims, arbitration, and expert witness of major construction in and around Australia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Oman and Sri Lanka. His experience covers all aspects of both pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties from inspection to completion of construction projects, which include high end hotels, shopping malls, apartments, high rise buildings, commercial buildings, theme parks, landscape, roads and airport projects.
