Construction revisions, or changes to plans and specifications, are common and inevitable. In some instances, revisions are necessary to ensure projects are accurate, compliant, and reflect real world conditions. But with revisions come risks such as delays and cost overruns. Therefore, revisions must be managed effectively.

This webinar will explore options for dealing with changes and revisions. We shall review why these changes happen and how they affect the project. We will look at how to avoid or minimise change, and how best to manage and document any unavoidable revisions.

We shall also investigate the top three causes of construction rework, which is one of the most common problems in construction when dealing with changes and revisions.
