Mr. Lokitha Karavita MAIQS, CQS

Mr Lokitha is a Chair-Councillor of the AIQS UAE Branch.

Vice President of the AIQS R2.

Chairman of APC Assessment Panel for AIQS membership in the UAE.

Currently working as a Senior Contracts Engineer with TAQA TRANSMISSION, Mr. Lokitha has over 35 years of experience in pre and post contracts aspects specialising in the transmission and distribution of power and water projects and oil & gas projects, airports and building services sector at an international level. Conversant with procurement & tendering especially the e-tendering process.

Senior Lecturer at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU) in the faculty of Built Environment and Spatial Sciences at Southern Campus in Sri Lanka.

Mr. Kasi Viswanathan Sundaram FAIQS, CQS

Academic - Chartered Civil Engineer, Charted Quantity Surveyor, Holding Masters degree in construction law and arbitration.

Profession - Founder Director – Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyor, Member of the Executive Committee of AIQS UAE Branch, Former member of the Executive Committee of AACEI UAE Branch, Chair for AIQS and RICS APC assessment panel since 2010.

Employment - Having 30+ experience with Contractors and Clients. Currently working as an Assistant Director in Dubai Holding Real Estate, Dubai.

Mr. Dhammika Gamage FAIQS, CQS

Mr. Dhammika Gamage is a Former Director (2017-2021) - Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) and Member of the Executive Committee of AIQS UAE Branch

Past Chairman – Sri Lankan Professionals Association in the UAE.

Past Chairman - Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, UAE Region.

Co-representative - Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka, UAE Chapter.

Contracts and Procurement Director – National Investment Corporation, Abu Dhabi.

A professional with over 43 years of experience in pre and post contract aspects of Construction Industry gained through serving Contractors, Consultants and Clients.
