CPD Event in Brisbane: Construction Disputes - Prevention and Cure
In the fast-paced, high-pressure world of construction, disagreements between contracting parties and their representatives are highly likely. Left unchecked, these differences can quickly escalate into costly, time-consuming disputes.
Join our expert panel for a session that goes beyond theory to deliver practical, experience-based insights into resolving conflict before it becomes a formal dispute.
Attendees at this event will be provided with:
- proven techniques for settling differences early and effectively
- insights into how and when disputes escalate—and how to intervene
- a breakdown of resolution forums and methods, with real-world pros and cons
- case studies and examples from professionals who have successfully navigated complex conflicts.
The purpose of this panel discussion is to equip attendees with the tools to protect relationships, reduce risk, and keep projects on track.
Light refreshments will follow the panel discussion.
