The construction industry is entering a new era of transformation, where digitalisation and innovation are reshaping professional practices. For Quantity Surveyors, this shift presents both challenges and opportunities to redefine their role and strengthen their impact across the built environment.

AIQS and SISV are pleased to present this seminar to bring together industry leaders and experts to examine how QS professionals can embrace change and remain indispensable in the digital age.

Attendees will gain insights into the CORENET X initiative, a co-creation effort between regulators and industry that is revolutionising the regulatory approval process to achieve greater efficiency and productivity. The programme also explores how artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital tools are redefining cost management, procurement, and risk control, enabling QS professionals to add strategic value beyond traditional functions.

The afternoon concludes with a panel discussion and networking session, providing a forum to exchange ideas and forge collaborations in shaping the digital future of QS.
