$14.00 - $20.00

The AIQS Forum 2025 will convene in Colombo to address the critical and timely theme of ‘Digital Transformation in Construction Claims & ADR: Innovations, Challenges, and Opportunities for Sri Lanka.’

As the construction industry seeks to overcome the inherent complexities of traditional dispute resolution, this forward-looking forum will examine the ways in which technology is fundamentally reshaping the landscape of claims management and conflict resolution.

A distinguished panel of legal scholars, technological innovators, and industry leaders will engage with the most pressing issues at this intersection. Discussions will extend from advanced innovations, such as AI-driven contract analysis and the preventive role of BIM, to the significant challenges posed by legal adaptation and the industry-wide adoption of digital technologies within the Sri Lankan context.

Most importantly, the forum will emphasise the tangible opportunities that accompany this digital transition, with a particular focus on enhancing procedural efficiency, fostering transparency, and cultivating a more collaborative and resilient construction sector. As such, this event represents an indispensable dialogue for professionals dedicated to shaping the future of the built environment in Sri Lanka, offering critical insights into the technologies and strategies that will define the industry in the years to come.
