AIQS accredits a number of Undergraduate and Postgraduate university degrees both within Australia and internationally. The accreditation process ensures the programs meet and uphold educational standards relevant to quantity surveying and construction management. This process also externally verifies the program’s quality. Graduates holding the resulting qualifications are equipped to be recognised by AIQS as meeting the academic requirements for entry to the profession of quantity surveying, and may assist in their pathway to AIQS Membership or a Migration Skills Assessment.

Bachelor of Construction Management and Property (Honours)

The Bachelor of Construction Management and Property focuses on people and process management within the specific contexts of building construction, property development, quantity surveying and facilities management. The program provides solid grounding in the many construction techniques and building materials that constitute the built environment. Master of Construction Management

The Master of Construction Management is a professional degree for graduates wanting to gain employment in the construction industry. The program focuses on real world projects that range across the full construction management cycle, preparing students for the realities of professional life. The 2 year (200pt) masters is for students who have completed a three year undergraduate degree in construction. The 3 year (300pt) masters is designed to take students from a non-cognate area; to take students with degrees other than construction; and to enable students to become professionally prepared for a career in construction management.

The Master of Architecture combined with the Master of Construction Management positions students to be industry ready and have flexibility within the employment market.
