The AIQS Business Directory contains paid commercial listings.  Each listed business has at least one employee who is a member of AIQS. A listing does not mean that AIQS has accredited or endorsed the business, assessed its competency, or verified the qualifications of all its directors and employees.

AIQS membership and the Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) designation apply to individuals, not businesses. You can use the AIQS Member Search to check an individual’s publicly listed membership details. Not all members shown in the Member Search hold CQS status, check the individuals listing to confirm whether CQS is displayed.
