Job Hub – Frequently Asked Questions
Use the Submit a Job form to add your listing details. Once submitted, it will be reviewed by the AIQS team before it is published on the website.
You’ll receive email updates at each stage:
Pending Review – We have received your listing.
Approved – Your job is now live on the AIQS Job Hub.
Requires Attention – We’ll email you with the reason and any required changes.
Expired – Listings automatically expire after the set timeframe.
You can only edit your listing while it’s in Pending status. Once it’s approved or expired, editing is no longer available.
Go to your Member Portal > My Job Offers to:
View all your submitted jobs
Edit pending listings
Track expired or published jobs
Use a clear job title and description
Include a closing date if applicable
Make sure your contact details, and the application link is up to date
