Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chatswood, NSW for a Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Project Manager. The role involves managing and controlling project costs, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and reporting. The individual will work closely with the project management team to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy across all project stages.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Proficiency in preparing and managing BOQ
• Strong skills in Cost Reporting and financial documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
