AIQS is a Prescribed Appointer (‘PA’) in the Northern Territory under the Construction Contracts (Security of Payments) Act 2004 (CCA) and can appoint adjudicators to determine adjudications.

AIQS has engaged the Australian Building & Construction Dispute Resolution Service (ABC DRS) to assist it with the administrative functions as a PA under the CCA.
