Modern Methods of Construction: What’s Really in the Box?
28 April @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm AEST
$38.00 - $50.00
Modern methods of construction (MMC) are reshaping how buildings are conceived, costed and delivered. From factory-finished panels to modular systems, construction is becoming more like assembly, and that shift is pushing critical decisions to earlier than ever before.
Join Sarah Slattery for a forward-looking webinar exploring what MMC really means for today’s quantity surveyor. Beyond the physical ‘kit of parts’, MMC brings new layers of digital documentation, procurement models, carbon targets, build sequencing and risk allocation, all demanding sharper early-stage insight from QS professionals.
This session will unpack how quantity surveyors can add the greatest value by testing assumptions, spotting what’s missing, and helping project teams make confident decisions in an increasingly upstream, system-driven environment.
