Hansen Yuncken is currently seeking an Estimator to join our Brisbane team. As part of our national business, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex, high-profile projects that create lasting impact within our communities.

What you will bring:

• Prepare accurate and competitive tender submissions using current market pricing, historical cost data and subcontractor quotations.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation to identify scope, risks, opportunities and key cost drivers.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and develop detailed estimates to support successful tender outcomes.
• Obtain, evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure commercially competitive submissions.
• Participate in site inspections and collaborate with project teams to gain a clear understanding of project requirements and delivery methodologies.
• Support post-tender clarifications, negotiations and handovers to ensure pricing accuracy and project readiness.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate estimating records and documentation.
