Agentic AI and Tendering: fighting the ‘too hot, too cold’ problem of work acquisition and follow-on project portfolio management

In this webinar and demonstration, we will share applications to help manage the demands placed on construction companies as they deal with the highly unpredictable activity of work acquisition.

Winning too many or too few projects is a risk for contractors, which can result in layoffs or needing to hire unfamiliar professionals.

This uncertainty, or the ‘gambling’ that bidding represents, can be lessened by using Agentic AI to help systematise and smooth some of the “too hot /too cold” dynamic, also known as the Goldilocks problem.

Join us for an hour-long discussion and demonstration.
