Vanessa is passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion and has been involved in a volunteering capacity for several organisations including NAWIC and Women of Colour Australia (WoCA).
Vanessa was part of the D&I committee for NAWIC where she led the NAWIC Not So Little Things Affecting Women in Construction survey which delved into microaggressions in the industry.
