Uditha Withanachchi is a construction claims and quantum specialist with extensive experience in the preparation, substantiation, and critical evaluation of complex construction claims. He regularly acts as a Quantum Expert in international arbitration and as a senior claims consultant on high-value disputes across the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and South Asia.
With over a decade of experience, he has provided expert evidence in major arbitrations and has been cross-examined by leading senior counsels including King’s counsels, senior lawyers and arbitrators demonstrating the robustness of his analysis and professional credibility under scrutiny.
Uditha’s expertise spans prolongation, disruption, variation valuation, loss of profit, overheads, finance claims, and change order claims, breach of contract claims supported by forensic cost analysis and structured evidentiary methodologies.

Served many Government and semi Government organisations as the Head of Quantity Surveying and Commercial Departments, currently serving as a Managing Partner of KAT Project Consultancy.
