The Rise and Fall of Rise and Fall Clauses (On Demand)
$38.00 - $50.00

There is a long history behind rise and fall clauses in Australian construction contracts. They emerge during periods of high inflation, only to disappear again when markets stabilise.
From post-war housing booms to oil crises and pandemics, the same pattern has repeated across generations.
In this webinar, Kiri will take us on an adventure into that past, tracing how the construction industry has responded to price uncertainty time and again. By revisiting these moments, we can better understand the lessons history offers and ask whether, this time, we are ready to remember them.
