Sarah Bozionelos RAIA is a Director at Archi-QS, a Sydney-based quantity surveying, building consultancy, and strata advisory practice with 30 years in the industry. She is a registered NSW Architect, Design Practitioner, Strata Building Bond Inspector, Quantity Surveyor, and Building Consultant. A rare cross-disciplinary vantage point shaping her work on defect causation across the construction lifecycle.
With sixteen years of industry experience, Sarah is a regular contributor to industry publications including The Built Environment Economist, and a voice in NSW's strata reform conversation, combining hands-on inspection experience with sharp analysis of the policy and financial incentives shaping building quality outcomes.
