Job Description:
Established Quantity Surveying firm based in Parramatta requires a Sydney based qualified Intermediate/Senior Quantity Surveyor with local experience to fill full time and/or permanent part time position.
The Role
The role involves working in teams to undertake the financial management of various types of construction projects including:-
- EDC Reports to Councils
- Cost planning
- Building Replacement Insurance Reports
- Financier Reports
- Establishing and developing Client relationships at all levels and helping to build the business
Skills & Experience
- Degree qualification in Construction Management & Property or equivalent
- Current experience with a professional Quantity Surveying firm in Sydney
- Strong estimating focus and construction documentation experience
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Good work ethic, self-motivated, leadership skills including the ability to lead a team, support and mentor junior staff and contribute to overall team goals
